The RAP-394-SSBMPU consists of a Tough-Tube™ rod holder, 5 cm ratchet rod arm and a combined/shot/flat surface mount base. The ratchet feature allows the tube to be tilted forward and backward 180 degrees for optimal viewing angles. The combination bulkhead/flat surface mounting base can be installed on a flat surface, such as the deck, or on a vertical surface. This mounting base has a locking feature that requires the release of a plunger to remove the rod holder. Ideal for everything from kayaks to race boats, this compact and simple design is ready for the next day on the water.
