Delivery conditions*
Normal delivery time is around 3 days for goods in our warehouse. During peak season it may take longer. Ordered goods have longer delivery time as it is taken from external supplier. If you have a breakage, please contact us for more specific delivery time.
We send orders with the shipping company that offers the best conditions (DHL, Postnord, UPS etc). We do not take financial responsibility for any delays due to the shipping company.
If you discover damage to the package, you must immediately report this to the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not collect a damaged parcel! If you do not discover the damage until you have opened the parcel, and the damage is of such a nature that it can be attributed to the handling of the parcel by the post office or the carrier, you should contact them and make a claim. If you cannot resolve any dispute with the post office or transport company, contact us. If you have ordered and do not collect your shipment before it is returned to us (packages about 1-2 weeks, letters 14 days), we will invoice you SEK 350 for our work in handling the goods.
The shipping cost of an order is charged according to the shipping weight - this is done automatically in the online store and the cost of the shipping is reported at checkout.
We offer free shipping on purchases over 700SEK for delivery within Sweden. This only applies to normal-sized packages and not packages longer than 120cm such as kayaks / paddles / measuring board / electric motor etc. When ordering an item that is covered, we will contact you for a quote on the shipping.
Kayak shipping
We regularly ship kayaks with freight companies (usually Schenker) and the cost for this usually costs 2000-6000SEK.
We also offer co-delivery of kayaks in connection with various trips we plan during the season, these are available to choose from when checking out in the webshop. We regularly travel the route Stockholm - Skövde, Stockholm - Sundsvall - Vilhelmina and Stockholm - Sjöbo and can in connection with this deliver kayaks to you at a favorable price.
It is of course also possible to pick up the kayak from us at no extra cost and with the opportunity to check out all the stuff in the store (this can also be arranged in the evening / weekend if necessary).
Right of withdrawal/complaint*
We follow the law on distance contracts according to the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations. Under the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered faultless goods without giving any reason. Notice of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than sixty (60) days from receipt of the goods (does not apply to specially ordered goods). The products you buy are always guaranteed (1 year). If you can prove that the product has a manufacturing defect, you will always receive new parts, but the warranty does not apply to wear and tear. You pay the return shipping yourself. For refunds - please provide your postal giro, bank giro, personal account or bank account number.

After identification and risk assessment, Klarna will show you the payment options that can be offered to you. Whichever payment option you choose, Klarna will handle the payment transaction, while the actual purchase of the goods or services is done directly by the shop. Product or service specific questions should therefore be addressed directly to the shop. Current payment options that can currently be offered through Klarna are invoice, account credit, card payment or direct payment via bank.

You pay money in advance on our bankgiro number or via SWISH. After submitting your order at the checkout, you will receive information on screen and via email how to proceed. Please allow an extra day or two for delivery if you choose to pay in advance.

You can pay your order with SWISH, choose prepayment in the webshop and swish the payment to 1231092097 (Native Sweden)
- Paypal
It is also possible to pay by credit card via Paypal. We charge a fee of 60SEK.
Minimum order
Minimum order is 300 SEK including VAT.
