PerchZilla Heavy Haspel
A new addition to the Perchzilla family.
The rod is the "big brother" of our popular Perchzilla 3-18g. Like Perchzilla, the Heavy variant has been developed as an ideal rod for Jigs&Rigs.
A rod for all modern rubber applications such as jigging, Carolina/Texas rig, Free rig, Jika rig, and Rubber rig. Fixed with a higher casting weight than "regular" Perchzilla. The rod is used for fishing for perch and light zander fishing.
The blade has been constructed from highly modulated first-class Japanese carbon mats from Toray and Mitsubishi in 30t and 40t versions. Carpets are extra light of the so-called low resin type (with a low epoxy content) with 99% carbon content. A super sensitive rod with fixed action (tendency x-fixed). This rod signals everything that happens on the other side of the line!
The backbone has enough powder to set the hook even in hard zander jaws while still being a joy to drill smaller perches.
The delicate blade was combined with a carbon monocoque handle, saltwater-resistant Fuji Alconite rings in Fuji's tangle-free KR-concept and a roller mount in TVS style. The result is sensitivity and power at the Japanese top level. And you throw far - really far!
Optically, the rod appears in a stylish modern mix of black, silver and carbon - we are very happy with the design!
