Drevviken Långsjöns Fishing Association
Our nearest fisheries management area, which manages the fishing in the lake where we offer testing of fishing kayaks.
The association was founded in 1931 and currently has about 800 members.
The lakes Drevviken and Långsjön are located about 25 km south of central Stockholm. Both lakes contain various species of fish, including pike, perch, bream and zander, see fish facts here on the website for more information. The association also organizes crayfish fishing for our members, the crayfish fishing takes place in August.
In addition to crayfishing, the association also organizes fishing competitions where the pikeperch race is an example, in wintertime a pimple competition is organized.
Furthermore, the association organizes member meetings where the spring meeting includes the drawing of the crayfish lottery.
Within the association we also have trained supervisors who check that those who fish have a valid membership card and that current fishing rules are followed.
Members of the association receive a discount in the store according to an agreement with the association.
